Mission
The Carrefour’s mission is to present the Festival Carrefour and exceptional cultural and artistic experiences accessible to everyone. With the help of artists and workers in the cultural sector, we offer a diverse and inclusive program from all over the world to facilitate the appreciation of theatre and performing arts in all its forms.
Vision
The Carrefour’s vision is one of collective well-being through acessibility and the inclusion of performing arts in Quebec City’s community’s lifestyle.

The essence of the Carrefour is represented by inclusion and openheartedness. Hospitality and respect inspire our team and volunteer in the welcoming of our audiences, especially those who may not have easy access to art and culture, whatever the reasons may be.
