After the success of LACRIMA, Caroline Guiela Nguyen is coming back to Quebec City to present SAÏGON, a moving choral work charged with humanity. The characters travel between 1956 Vietnam and 1996 France, framed by the same set : a Vietnamese restaurant. In this spectacular and hyperrealistic set, intimate trajectories meet, love stories, family stories, friend stories and exile stories are interwoven, stuck in the whirlwind of the great History. After a successful tour in over twelve countries, SAÏGON narrates the ghost of Indochina and reminds us that the echos of History are always told by those who carry its weight.
